I'm back. After watching this team play in person. OMG. Can we get a new coach? I'm sure he tried his best. He has some talented players, Then he has some good players sitting the bench and not so good players playing. When the better players are playing he doesn't even have them in good spots for the way they play. Maybe its because I have witnessed more than half this team play for the last oh ten years or so. In the past, they did pretty well playing zones and feeding the balls to the front and clearing the ball from the goal area. But since this coach doesn't have plays for corner kicks or even penalty shots, plays man to man.. they look like a passer league team :following the ball and walking on the field and letting the other team have it. Thank god for rusty! THeres's no anticipation!! COME ON ALREADY!!!! Midfielders are supposed tofeed the ball the front line who should be above the 50. Defense control the ball and get rid of it. DON"T PLAY AROUND and DON't crowd your goalie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hembree and vandy can't do it all. (and if you don't know what I mean... come back from the front and play defense, get their own balls and then take it up the field and score the whole 90 minutes or so..) YOU MIGHT AS well play like you know how to and forget the coach!
