Sidney American Legion Post 217

Sidney Post 217 is on a 7 game winning streak after defeating Lima 14-5 in district 2 play. Fort Loramie standout Jared Hoying hit a 2-run homerun in the 2nd and a 3-run homerun in the 8th in only his 2nd game with Post 217 this season. Brad Yinger pitched all 9 innings, allowed 7 hits and only 1 ER while striking out 7. Post 217 is now 13-9, 4-0 District 2. Next game is at St. Mary's Thursday at 7, Sidney beat St. Mary's 25-5 earlier in the season.
