Not all retirees are 65 and qualify for medicare, but almost all retirees have some pre-existing health conditions, which would not be covered under any new health insurance. THIS MAY OR NOT BE A GOOD OPPORTUNITY FOR THE 4600 RETIREES, BUT CARE HAS NOT OBTAINED OUR CONCENT TO NEGOTIATE ON MY BEHALF.
